Wasn’t what was Advertised!
When me and my Family Arrived, there was shooting across the street, when we went into the hotel, there were scary men sitting in the Lobby, when we went to check in the cashier stated that the Hotel will be closing down on Sunday then she gave us a room that was occupied and someone had just gotten out the shower,we had to find another Hotel Immediately! This wasn’t what was Advertised!

The reservation at Radisson Hotel Memphis was cancelled by the company with no warning. Left having to scramble to find a place to stay. Terrible customer treatment. Won't be using Radisson again!

Arrived at 1230 am after a long trip and had to leave early because the rooms are humid , have a chemical smell and AC doesn’t work. Staff tried to move us rooms at 4am. We tried a total of three rooms and ended up leaving at 4am because of how hot it was. It appears they are renovating this hotel and should not be open but are trying to press through regardless of inconvenience to guest. I would never consider a Radisson again. To top it off I was traveling with three small children and we initially planned on getting back on the road at 9-10am.

Staff was very unprofessional, room was not clean. Very disappointed the lobby makes you feel as though you are walking into a 5 star luxury hotel just to end up in a 3 star room with 1 star customer service

I like a lot of other people lost power in Thursday, February 3,2022 and was in search of a hotel. There was an abundance of people trying to check in, report issues etc. The front desk clerk was accommodating, friendly and professional. She kept a smile on her face while being there only staff at the desk for awhile. She displayed exceptional customer service! The other staff that I met during my stay were just as professional and they all provided great service. Shout out to Sam, I believe he’s the manager and he took care of a issue with my room right away and provided great customer service as well. Overall good experience.

Better luck next time.
We stayed their three times and all times it was no cream and sugar for the coffee. Also only one face towel and used soap left in the shower. Hair was all over the bathroom floor and tub.

The place was dirty I made a reservation for two nights with my two children I was up to bed bug bites and roches in the bathroom. My body had several bites all over and ended up in doctors for a allergic reaction to these bites. Only Stayed one night and left. Place was dirty overall for what I paid.

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean. Quiet. The pool was closed which was sad since we planned specifically for that but we made do. Definitely recommend for your next Memphis stay!

Walking into the hotel, the hotel was beautiful! Friendly staff as well! But when I got onto the elevator it was dirty! Stains on the door and floor. When I got to the hotel floor, there was horrible smell in the hallway. When I entered my room the sofa was dirty with stains, the phone was dirty, and blankets had holes. Went downstairs to complain and they gave me another room. It was cleaner and decent. They don’t do housekeeping and also no continental breakfast. Overall I won’t go back or recommend this hotel!

The rooms were not ready at 3pm check-in. Myself along with three other couples waited in lobby over an hour to check into the rooms. Staff did not provide an explanation or ETA on when the rooms will be ready. Upon check in, I was assigned a handicap accessible w/o a full shower & tub (shower seat and hand-held shower).

Our toilet overflowed and we had to be moved. The front desk clerk was very accommodating about moving us. But the condition of the hotel was disappointing. It is an older property and it shows it’s age.

The area was not the safest. The hotel itself needed cleaning. The room was nice with comfortable beds. The lighting was poor in the room. I had to pay a $50 refundable deposit upon check in which I had not been informed of beforehand

The staff was nice and very respectful and seemed very accommodating. However, they didn’t do what they said they would do to accommodate us. Also, my stay was supposed to come with a full breakfast every morning. I did not get any kind of breakfast. After arriving, I was told that breakfast was on the weekends only and when Saturday came, we were told that breakfast was available for a fee. They never came in during my stay to bring us towels nor did they clean the room. The batteries for our door lock went dead and maintenance had to come with a crowbar and break into our room and they moved us to a different room. Might I add, the evening they had to move us to a different room because of dead batteries in the lock, we brought supper to the room to eat, needless to say our supper was cold by the time they realized what happened and we settled in the new room. I travel often and I have never experience anything like it. I will not stay here again.

DONT. STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO SWIM OR HOT TUB!
Radisson. Used to be amazing. Not so much! Booked stay at the Radisson by looking at web site we have been mega traveling and specifically chose this place because of the beautiful pics of the indoor , outdoor pools and that much needed Hot tub shown in pics when we got there hotel said pools and hot tub were closed outside pools looked like the swamp. First room had dirty towels in the closet carpet was filthy in the hallways and in room . Bed was questionable if sheets had been changed. Back down stairs to get another room. We get a luggage cart to move luggage to new room top part of luggage cart holding fragile gifts we had picked up in key west cart broke off causing them to break to pieces as they hit the floor. Staff was extremely helpful with everything. I truly wonder if Radisson knows how bad their beautiful hotels really is

0ur room was very clean, comfortable nicely updated. Hallways and elevator a little dated and worn. Had to ask for toilet paper and tissues which were readily given although I had to go to lobby to retrieve due to lack of enough staff. A common problem these days everywhere.

There is a lack for lighting in the parking lot and into the entrance of the hotel. The first room I was given had not been cleaned and serviced, the new room I was given was getting “checked out” before I entered so someone had been in my room before I could enter which made me uncomfortable. The bedding had fuzzy black things on the blanket, the room did not have a microwave, and there was no WiFi or WiFi user and password provided for my stay.

It said it only had one room left in a huge hotel facility I booked the room when I got there it look like the haunted hotel there were no cars in the parking lot it bothered me that I had a nonrefundable room so I stayed the bed was old the sheets were thin, the towels where small and old this was a terrible choice Raddison should be embarrassed to represent there hotel like this
