No issues with either!! However, although the location of the home was very close to main attractions, which was very nice, but the neighborhood was somewhat uncomfortable. There were many panhandlers and the homeless walking up and down the road. Shots were fired on our 1st night. Police sirens and emergency vehicles were in full affect EVERYNIGHT of our stay. Pros: Host, home, checkin/checkout, communication, location (somewhat). Cons: neighborhood Outside of the stay, Memphis as a whole was a bit disappointing. You can basically do all attractions in 2 days. Being from Louisiana, we really wanted to visit Beale street.. its super overhyped.
