The place was very clean and well appointed. I especially liked the decorative odes to Elvis, Al Green, Otis Redding and other Memphis giants of music. The neighborhood is akin to other cities' art/up-and-coming areas. A great benefit of this was being away from downtown but just just close enough that it was a 10-15 minute walk to places; very close to the Memphis Redbirds' stadium. Parking was a breeze. Security sound. Final note: The host was very communicative and helpful from the booking date to checkout. The guest bed was the extreme opposite. The guest bath wasn't clean and there wasn't toilet paper. The microwave handle was falling off. The floor was dirty. The bed pillows were dirty.
