Across the street from an awesome park with extensive trail system. Great bike riding. And the manager was super nice! Great stay!

Cars were broken into almost every night. We stayed for 7 nights and only got service one time only after we went and complained. Every day we had to go get towels. Way too much money for no service.

Arrived late evening and was given a room where the toilet didn’t flush and there was no running water. No apology, just a change of room. Staff also took two unauthorised payments from my credit card. Highly unsatisfactory for the brand.

The staff was very nice but the room was very dirty. There was black mold in the shower, all the drains were backed up, hairs all over the toilet, melted food in the freezer, AC unit was broken up, hairs stuck in the towels, stains all over the carpet. We won’t be staying there again when we return next year.

There was no hot water in my room. No maintenance man on call or available. No offer to give us another room.

Very unclean room, even when asked to service room after 2 nights didn't clean room or even leave a full set of towels. The door barely opened and had to be forced to close. Only thing here is location to hospital, otherwise I recommend not staying here.

Breakfast very good - tasty, hot, well stocked.
In room: tv remote missing; shower curtain rod loose; digital thermostat low battery; alarm clock display half working; tv was on upon initial entry into room- weird. Staff friendly & courteous. Pet fee could be $50 not 75.

In a nice neighborhood but Many cars were broken into in the parking lot. Luckily not ours. Police and hotel Stafftold us it happens often.

Perfect place for us for the evening. I asked for a bath tub and the very sweet lady changed our room so we had a bath. When we arrived at the room it did not have a bath. It was late so just went to sleep. I let her know in the am and she said they renovated the rooms and took out baths yet had not updated the computer codes to reflect the changes so might want to update the system…..

My visit started nice with the desk clerk stating my wifi code was my last name and then room number. They did not carry MNF channel, but no biggy. The next morning, i got up early, and they only had decaf coffee in my room. I then took a "at best" luke warm shower and then tried to get on line....to no avail. I then went downstairs where 2 people were in the lobby eating breakfast and one man behind the desk. I went to the coiffee bar where both coffee containers were empty and one guy walked in trying to get hot water and there was none. I went to desk to advise the clerk and was verbally assaulted due to my complaining, which was not loud nor cuss words used. I then said let me at least get some orange juice; and of course, the machine had a sign stating not working. The manner of this gentleman was very poor and he obviously did not care one bit about customers nor was he busy at all. He did tell me because i was not a hilton honors person is why i had no internet. See above first sentence. This man should be fired; but irregardless, i will never go here again.
