The rooms were beautiful and there was a really handy outdoor restaurant which was particularly relaxing and convenient especially when you have an early flight. My only criticisms of this hotel would be no air conditioning but we were able to open the window and it felt safe, quiet and bug free; the main criticism though is the glass door on the bathroom so no privacy!

The only positive - that it is very close to the airports, and if you have a long layover it is convenient Negative- very dirty, a lot of different insects, cork roaches spiders etc.. did not check for bed bags..

Good hotel near the airport

We stayed here for one night during our short trip. Everything was fine, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is new and everything is in order. We will be happy to stay there again. P.S. Thank you for the welcome haribo bear, we love it!

Very handy for the airport and only a couple of minutes from the bus stop on the 810 or 810A from the train station. I arrived when the reception was manned. There is a way of accessing the keycard after 8pm or 3pm at the weekend when the reception is closed. There was a half drunk bottle of water in the room but to be fair when I raised this it was quickly replaced with two bottles and I received an apology. I could not get the television to work, but I did not try to get that fixed as I was out for much of my time there. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. There was a lot of room for not much money spent. Overall, a better experience than I was expecting.

Pleasant stay.

Parking is convenient and free of charge. Room is big and spacious. Simple room but good enough. Coffee and tea is available in the room with boiler provided. Very near the MEM airport. Very convenient. A good option for hassle free stay. Breakfast is chargeable around 12 euros per person which is very reasonable. The reception staff are helpful and approachable.

Decent airport hotel, semi-staffed during the day. My room was a very decent size and comfortable enough for my one night. I didn't really use much else, but it's a good location for the airport. I noticed that there was no air-conditioning "to save the planet", however that ignored the fact that there was a massive radiator on the wall that probably uses much more energy in winter than an A/C unit that can powered by solar. I'm thinking the hotel doesn't want to invest in A/C....

I liked that the rooms are clean, newly renovated, and that the staff is very polite and helpful. Especially Natalie: Thank you for your help re check-in. The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia. All other bookings (outside expedia) work properly. The rest is much better than expected, especially as it is in walking distance from the runway. Thanks for having me! Ray

This is a good clean 3 star hotel in walking distance from memmingen airport. It has clean and quiet rooms and clean bathroom. The beds are too soft for me. The choice of breakfast options is limited and good. One point to be aware of, the hotel reception is staffed for limited hours a day. On arrival, you have to use the booking confirmation on the kiosk outside the building. The problem is that the booking reference with Expedia will not work. So, contact the hotel directly via email and ask them for the confirmation code of your booking. I have no idea why this information is not included in Expedia s statement when booking is confirmed.

Not sure where to start with this place. A truly awful hotel. Infact, on my account I can see I have stayed 124 nights at different hotels in the last few years and this is easily the worse place I have stayed. No aircon, limited warm water for a shower, paper thin walls, no where to grab dinner, unwelcoming staff. I will never stay here again.
