The bright and friendly non-smoking apartment is about 38m ² and suitable for 2 people (additional 2 people on sofa bed in the living room). It is located on the first floor facing south-east and is accessible via a tiled staircase. The entrance area of the apartment and the bathroom are also tiled, the remaining rooms with high quality vinyl floor designed. Living room: - Comfortable, comfortable seating, usable as a sofa bed (140 * 200cm) for 2 persons - Large flat screen TV- Stereo system with FM tuner and Bluetooth receiver- Free Internet via WLAN for a simultaneous user (multi-user surcharge possible) - Blackout blinds Kitchen: - open kitchen with a cozy dining area- ceramic hob (4 burners) with extractor- oven- dishwasher- refrigerator (~ 150l) - freezer (~ 80l) - coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, elek. Handmixer bath: - floor-level shower (90x110cm) with rain shower and extra hand shower- toilet- vanity with mirror cabinet- hairdryer Bedroom: - double bed 180x200cm with spring mattresses (medium) - bedside tables with LED lights- large wardrobe- blackout blinds

Welcome! The residential building of our secluded former farm in the old center of Drosendorf was completely rebuilt in 2014-2016. Optically and in size at the old stock oriented, but now finds most modern technology and high comfort in the (almost) passive house. The two apartments on the ground floor and upstairs are similarly equipped, have central heating, Internet connection and satellite TV (Astra). For our guests we have reserved two car parking spaces in the courtyard of the property. Pets are welcome after consultation. We are looking forward to your visit!Explanation of Pricing: Our rental rates are for a minimum of 7 days

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Fotos und in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts (außer ggf. einem Balkon), alles ist neu, top in Schuss und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ca. 15 Minuten nach Bamberg, ca. 45 Minuten zur Therme Obernsees und ca. 25 Minuten nach Bad Staffelstein. Zur Brauerei Göller mit seinem großen Biergarten (geöffnet ab 14.30 Uhr) sind es mit dem Auto 3 Minuten, zudem gibt es in Drosendorf einen großen Edeka und einen Lidl. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stellen auch reichlich Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung!
