I booked a room with a King bed and Sofa bed in room and we were given a room with no sofa bed so was a bit smaller than what was booked. Also the room directly across from us was excessively noisy, playing really loud music, very late at night into early morning. Multiple complaints were reported to staff the night of but the noise was not taken care of

we are trapped in the hotel because of the blizzard. The staff are excellent, they were bending over backwards to accommodate us with2 extra days stay. We ate at both the Atrium and Nanking restaurants, both were exceptional with food and service. Rooms are always fabulous.
