"There was a fire drill during breakfast our first morning. We had to leave our food on table and be outside for 15 minutes. Food at buffet have flies when we returned. Second night stay was disrupted by a SECOND fire drill at 5:09am. had to exit building -going down 7 flights of stairs to wait outside again until all clear. Understand the hotel needs to practice, but this was ridiculous to have in two successive days. "

"Extremely quiet room even though close to the airport. Comfy pillows, bed and excellent climate control in the rooms. Definitely get the breakfast which was delicious with lots of eating options for everyone. Rooms are a bit dated, but look exactly like the pictures online."

"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50% credit at Archie brothers. Overall really wonderful stay! "
