The 28m² apartment consists of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as a bathroom and a day-light toilet. It can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and games. Thanks to the pleasant climate, no air conditioning is necessary. The apartment features a balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the view. There is also a shared garden with a swing, a football table, a sandpit and ball games. The quiet and very sunny location of the apartment has a lot to offer to keep the whole family entertained. Nearby is a great children's playground, which is very quietly situated between meadows and woods and also offers a small football pitch. It is possible to take riding courses in the nearby riding stables (8 years and older) or go on a relaxing carriage ride. There are also many hiking routes near the property (suitable for prams). In addition, the unique "Salewa" climbing hall offers a unique experience for all family members, and there is also the summer toboggan run in the "Merano 2000" hiking area.
