Midden in woonplaats, dicht bij kleine supermarkt, ook op loopafstand (10-15 minuten)van grote supermarkt. Je kunt ook naar het strand lopen(20 minuten). En superlekkere eetgelegenheden om de hoek van het appartement. Verder ook goede communicatie mogelijk met verhuurder. Wij hadden lekkage van de boiler, app gestuurd en ze waren er heel snel."

"We both enjoyed our stay apartment was nice had most things we needed and lovely view we had a problem with no water one day but this was sorted promptly within an hour which was the fastest in service ive ever had for something like that excellent service. Only complaint this year is we had noisy guest in the apartment above the first ones had loud music 3am till 6am one night cigarette ash flicked down into our balcony and water splashing down from there hot tub the second lot of guests...

"Overall, our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Malta was excellent, and almost everything was perfect. However, the experience was seriously let down by the night-shift staff, whose attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. On our first night, when we arrived at our booked room, we were told that we were being upgraded. In reality, we were given a room with a very poor view at the back of the building, overlooking construction work, with practically nothing pleasant to look at. The following day, we spoke with the daytime manager, who was professional and helpful and moved us to a fantastic room overlooking the pools and the city. This made a huge difference and showed us what the hotel was actually capable of offering. Unfortunately, our experience with the night shift was consistently poor. On another night, I tried to order late-night snacks and beverages, only to be told that wine was not available and that several kitchen items were unavailable as well. When I asked for a simple modification to a sandwich, I was told that they would not make any changes and that their only job was to heat up the products. The attitude was unhelpful, dismissive, and completely inconsistent with the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The most disappointing part was that this was not an isolated incident involving one employee. We encountered three members of the night-shift team, including two reception staff members and the night manager,"

"Location is pretty good, close enough to either go on trips, explore Valletta and near restaurants, bars or those wanting more excitement Paceville a short walk. Be prepared for building work, it’s not horrendous, just a fair bit happening in St Julian’s and very nearby. Staff stand out at the hotel in every aspect, very friendly and service with a smile everywhere, including booking taxis. Hotel is 5 star which at night looks lovely, maybe like some reviews said a little dated in the daytime. Rooms are well serviced if a little dated again and Spa is great. Think over the 4 full days we stayed in an executive room, we visited the executive lounge for snacks early afternoon and drinks/nibbles every day; there was an Indian lady, I think Pria? Her smiling face, general conversation made it so lovely to go there. There’s more choice for breakfast in Fra Martino and we managed a table outside every morning. If you like sun bathing by pools, with bars at each it’s perfect, we preferred the Lido and still received an occasional drinks service, There is a small sandy beach though in the bay if you walk a few hundred metres, just expect it to be busy peak season. Debated whether to give it 4 or 5 stars not due to it needing refurbishing a bit, more down to the advertised sea view. My main negative it was a side sea view at best sat on the balcony of 517. The photo showing the sea view is standing up and turning 45 degrees, sat down it’s a nice view of car parks and housing hmmm"

"This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The Seabeach pool on 19th floor is very nice but even with Club Access we were told that the amenities were not included and it was an extra charge. Overall not a bad stay. Location is perfect. The staff made sure we were taken care of, and they worked very hard with a smile 😊"
