This detached country house, with 160 m² of living space, can accommodate up to 8 people.
There are 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate shower room. Another bathroom on the ground floor is wheelchair-accessible. Thanks to its single-level design, the ground floor is ideally suited for guests with limited mobility.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, and coffee maker.
Each of the two bedrooms in the attic has its own small kitchenette.

The approximately 600 m² property offers space for peace and relaxation.
A golf course is about 10 km away, and the nearest Baltic Sea beach is about 14 km away. In the town itself, you’ll find the Mellenthiner moated castle, which features a coffee roastery, a brewery, and a restaurant.
Shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities are just a few minutes’ drive away.
