Surrounded by Achterwasser, Balmer See, and Krienker See, the natural setting invites you to enjoy walks, hikes, and bike rides. The Balm golf course is also nearby.



    The apartment offers 56 m² of space for up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with ease. Wi-Fi and TV are available.



    A highlight is the sunny south-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture—perfect for relaxing, enjoying breakfast, or soaking up the sun. A private parking space is right by the house. There is also a shared storage room for bicycles, including an e-bike charging point.
