About this property

The home of the Moulin de Kérangoc

  • Nestled in the hollow of a charming small valley, in the heart of a preserved natural site, come and discover this old mill from the 19th century. It sits on 2 hectares of land; after crossing the apple orchard, you will reach the wild river that winds at the bottom of the property.

The mill, located next to the owners' house, includes 3 lodgings for 2 to 3 people, each with their own entrance.
The gîte "Le Logis", with a surface area of 22m2. It is equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. It gives on the outside by a small private bridge. You benefit from a dining area under the trees, and many resting places by the pond or near the river

Geographically, it is 5km from Concarneau, 7km from the first beaches of Finistère and Pont Aven, city of painters.

Concarneau is a lively and picturesque seaside resort, with beaches like Le Cabellou and Sables Blancs, and many small hidden coves. It is also famous for its "Ville Close", an old fortified town, with its cobbled streets, its shops and restaurants, and also famous for its marina and its cafes by the water. The boat trip from the port to the Glénan Islands, a nature reserve with crystal clear waters and white sand, will make the day unforgettable. In the region, many festivals and events take place during the summer and many outdoor activities are possible.
