Very well located. One block away from Praca do comercio and Rua Augusta Arch. Right in the center of all the tourist attractions and restaurants,shops. Hotel very well organized and maintained. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet does not huge verities but covered all needs and wants. All the items available are high quality and replenished in time when getting low.

This is a very cute hotel. Leads on to the street which is very quaint. However We did not have hot water for the entire stay. Staff tried to help and no communication of the status of the situation until we inquired again. Pillows are so thin, which was not a good sleep

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp.
