Also, travelling with young kids was difficult because they didn't give us details about how to access the keys, even after the check-in time. SMS communication was extremely slow, and we had to pick up the keys from another venue around 500m away. Apartment is very small, and also they advertised 2 queen beds but actually one is only a double bed. They also didn't give clear instructions on how to checkout, and the bond deposit was only giving back after 48 hours after checking out. I wouldn't stay here again. If we had known about all these issues, we would have just stayed at a hotel where they give good service.
