The entrance gate opens to a north facing large and spacious 200sqm terrace and garden with vista views beyond the Yarra river and suburbs of Cremorne and Richmond hill in the distance. The residence offers interior designed classic and contemporary spaces with antiques and art.

    Local residence street parking permit is available for use during your stay, for one vehicle.

    Close walking distance to the vibrant Domain Road Bistro strip, Toorak Road restaurants, cafes, boutiques and Chapel Street shopping district. The South Yarra metro station is a close 5 minute walk.

    Please note: If the Residents parking permit is lost or misplaced there is a $ 250 replacement fee.
