6\. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.  
  
7\. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.  
  
8\. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.  
  
9\. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 11.  
  
10\. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. Maximum of 4 cars.  
  
Guests are required to complete a booking form. For non-airbnb bookings there is a refundable security bond of $500, which will be released 7 days after check-out.
