Very clean and only 10-15 minutes walk to Acland St. Located in a large but quiet block of flats. Communication was easy and replies were prompt. A little warm in the afternoons due to facing west but there is air con to remedy that. Only suggestions are maybe including a clothes airer for those washing clothes that don't use dryers and to perhaps add blockout curtains that cover edges of the windows to stop bright light coming in from the corridor via the very large window right above the bed.
