    Looking for a cozy place for your short escape? This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a peaceful trip in a central location in Essendon, with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks within easy reach. The open living area features comfortable furniture, while the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up a quick snack or a meal. The bedroom is a peaceful haven, complete with a comfortable double bed, fresh linens. Book now and experience the ultimate in comfort and style!

    Please Note: key collection time: Sunday-Thursday: 8:00am-10:00pm, Friday-Saturday 8:00am-11:00pm, please make sure you could collect the key during the key collection period before you make a reservation.



    Guest Access:

    Please treat the place as your home during your stay.



    You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks ,use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear and there's an outdoor BBQ available for use too!



    Party and event are not allowed please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.



    Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $50 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.



    Please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, and AC are switched off. Melbourne can be pretty cold during the winter month and the heater is available in the apartment, but please turn it off all the time when you leave the apartment or not in use.



    Only 1 set of keys is provided, please take care of it, replacement costs will be charged for the lost key.



    There's one basement parking space in the building.



    Security camera will be on at the outdoor patio.



    Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your great trip.

    There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10 pm.



    Additional Rules:



    *NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would incur a penalty of $500 AUD.



    *PETS*: Pets on request only — please contact us before booking, or penalty will apply.



    *PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.



    Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you one day before your arrival.



    LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).



    DAMAGE Deposit will be utilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.



    Interaction with Guests:

    We will send you a detailed house guide and check-in instructions one day before your check-in date, with all the check-in details provided by 3 pm on your arrival day.

This property stunk like mould, had to sleep with doors and windows open and checked out 5 days early, they are trying not to refund DO NOT STAY HERE
