Teeming with cultural sites, luxury boutiques and lively promenades, Southbank distils Melbourne’s finest attributes into one spectacular precinct. Getting around is a breeze. Restaurants, shopping, bars and Crown Casino are just a short stroll away. If you do feel like venturing further afield, then public transport is also available. 1) Prohibited Activities Smoking inside is not allowed. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately to avoid extra cleaning fees. Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges. Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00). 2)No Pets 3) Departure We kindly request you to: Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots. Remove all personal items. Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule). Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys. A fee may be charged for lost keys or lockout, or if the property is left unsecured. Please leave the property in a tidy state. Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind.
