Upstairs was particularly spacious but both were excellent and suited our purpose and activities in Saint Kilda. Inconvenient if you have a car, limited parking, can only park on Grey st because side streets require permits, but certain hours of the day each side are clear ways. Our stove top didn’t work either and blew a fuse when we went to use it. Not far from the beach, was about 20min walk or halve it with public transport. Room could do with some blackout curtains as it only had some flimsy Venetian blinds on the window and doors so a lot of light comes in. Good wifi. Close to public transport and shops. Staff helpful. Parking booked but was not available. Parking is not onsite. We parked on the street which is free on the weekend, but has clear way times during the week.
