Staff were friendly. Room was a micro room with double bed and was great and so was the bed. The only issue I had was the shared bathroom facilities were not great. On my floor there were 2 bathrooms, one was a toilet with hand sink. In the other was a toilet and a shower, but in order to enter the bathroom (because the door opened inwards) you actually had to step into the shower before you could close the bathroom door behind you because the space was extremely small! On the floor below mine I found better facilities in terms of size of bathrooms but discovered very low water pressure in one shower, the other I used was good water pressure, however in both cases adjusting the water temperature was somewhat of a fine art. Conveniently located around a bunch of nice places to eat and see. Just prepare yourself for the following.. there is no escalator so be prepared to carry your luggage up 4 sets of stairs.. I got my workout in.. Standard private rooms does not have a television.. There no wash cloths so make sure to have your own or you can just purchase one like I did. I survived with my laptop watching Netflix which was the only streaming service I could get. If it is not an internationally service you will not be able to stream it. You are truly servicing yourself. You can ask the front for assistance, but its only but so much they can do. If you are looking for room service or anything like this.. this is not the place for you. The rooms are just like the pictures. Very nice atmosphere and friendly people. Do not arrive in the middle of the night.. no overnight service so make sure your international calling service work and you let the hotel know you are arriving late. Overall its a comfortable stay. I just got a little caught off guard by the things I mentioned, but I was able to tough it out!
