THE SPACE
This lovely home in Fraser Rise offers three bedrooms, the master with an ensuite and a separate main bathroom.

The light-filled kitchen dining and living area are all located at the end of the hallway towards the back of the home. This tranquil open-plan space is the hub of the home and is well-equipped with all of your needs.

Relax and unwind in the second living area which also features a study desk and chair and books to read.

SARA has its separate laundry with a door that exists to the side of the home for backyard access.

You can park your car in the double lock-up garage or the driveway.

The perfect opportunity for your family or friends to have quality time together.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
