Room did not have any great views and was noisy as next to a construction site but this was communicated as part of the booking process so no surprises. No construction at night so still plenty of quiet time. Bathroom was a bit dated but some rooms have been renovated. Close to Parliament and Flinders St stations and every larger shop within 5-10 minute walking distance. The apartment exceeded expectations and the washer and dryer came in handy. I would have loved to cook but no need with everything available so close by. One thing that would be even better is a larger TV, 32” is too small for the room. It had everything we needed and more. The location is very central and walkable throughout the CBD. There are also tram stops nearby within the free zone. Check in after hours instructions were clear and easy to follow. We could also leave our luggage after check out to do more exploring. Unfortunately the wifi was terrible. It was very slow (speed test was showing up to 2Mbps download speed) and basically unresponsive. It could be due to the location of our room and that we weren’t getting any signal. I did mention this to the front desk but they weren’t able to help. Luckily, the next night was calm and I slept well. Great location and very affordable, but cleaning needs improvement as we found leftover food in the fridge. Friendly staff fixed it quickly.
