The apartment was very modern and well appointed. The door to the bathroom would not stay closed. The main annoyance was the large deposit needed for the key (and damage cover). It was a special shaped metal style key and not a card like regularly used. The deposit was $500! And if you lost the key you would lose the whole deposit. Most uncomfortable mattress we have slept on. Barely slept the whole stay. When we got up of a morning we had body aches from the hard non supportive mattress. On day 2 we realised the air conditioning was not working. We phoned the number that was provided to us if we needed anything. No answer or phone call back the whole stay. Reception could not help as our accomodation was through Orange Stay. We did not appreciate at all getting ready for a family members wedding with make up and hair artists in a hot humid room with no air conditioning. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 people to stay for 3 nights. No towels were provided for the pool. Photo was taken of our licence and credit card (which we did not feel comfortable with).
