The open-plan kitchen, dining, and main living areas are located at the rear of the house, encapsulated by native tea trees, making it an ideal space for entertaining with family and friends. The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite and a quaint garden courtyard view is positioned at the front of the home. Adjoining this is a generous lounge with front deck access, including a billiard table for great indoor/outdoor entertaining. This space can be exclusively enjoyed independent of main living areas.
