The studio apartments lack a dishwasher and laundry services even within the building. The room's condition was heavily worn and unclean particularly the bathtub/shower. Also very limited front desk help. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Melbourne Apt Hotel on Elgin. We used their laundry services and they're very close to the trams. The rooms were quite run down. There were multiple holes in the carpet and the toilet seat had a weird texture like the paint layer was cracking. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, and would flutuate even when the knob wasn't touched. The kitchen was poorly stocked - 1 knife, 2 forks, 2 teaspoons and no big spoons. There was some plates etc. It was generally clean and the bed was reasonable. Hotel was quiet and in a nice area.
