The biggest being the situation around the climate control. Despite being set to its lowest temperature and highest fan speed, it did not meaningfully reduce the temperature of the room. In addition to this there are no fans or openable windows in the room to alleviate this issue. Some of the bedroom lights would not turn on. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms had fallen off its wall mount. In terms of amenities, the TV was very basic (very small in size and with no provision for loading streaming services). In terms of presentation, the only notable issue was the presence of dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Apart from these things, the room was very spacious, comfortable and nice. The bathrooms were very nice and well appointed with a spa. There was a nice kitchen and laundry room.
