Disliked: Check-in, communication
Key for the property is stored at a different offsite location. Initially the box to open the key was not working, and it was very difficult to communicate with the host. I cannot get in touch with the host because they don’t provide a contact information. We were scrambling after a 16 hour flight to figure out how we could open the lockbox since it seemed to be completely not working. Only one key is provided so it was inconvenient as me and my party had different plans on different days. The rooms are small. My check-in luggage did not fit in the room as most of the space is taken by the bed.
