With over 130 retailers, an active program of community events and facilities, including Library at the Dock, parklands and outdoor fitness areas, Victoria Harbour offers the complete urban lifestyle. Residents can also enjoy the convenience of the Free Tram Zone with the CBD less than a 5 minute tram away. In summary, my home features complete with: ++ spacious bedrooms with queen size bed ++ Luxurious bathrooms ++ Fully equipped kitchen with gas appliances, oven, integrated fridge/freezer combination built in fridge and Microwave. ++ Stone benchtops ++ Open plan living areas ++ All bed linen and quality towels ++ Internal laundry and ironing facilities ++ Free unlimited wifi internet Guest will have 24 hours access to the building In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how it is easiest to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in City and available for contact by email or Airbnb Message. Less than 2 minutes walk away you will have access to Woolworths, an asian grocery, the marina, restaurants and the local library. The apartment is located within the CBD free tram zone. With a tram stop right outside the apartment complex - getting around is really convenient. To get to Southern Cross Station it is only an 10 min ride or 15 min walk.
