The apartment is located in the heart of Southbank, just a short walk (approx. 10 minutes) to many of Melbourne’s well-known attractions, including Crown Casino, Federation Square, the Arts Centre, Yarra River, and a wide selection of restaurants, theatres, and entertainment options. Many other destinations can be reached easily either on foot or via Melbourne’s extensive public transport network, right on your doorstep. Positioned on the 16th floor, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bedding in both bedrooms can be configured as either a king or two singles (subject to timing of request). A double sofa bed in the living area is available for additional guests. Please note: bookings over 4 guests will incur an extra charge for sofa bed use. Our boys absolutely loved the pool, spa and sauna making use of it on each day we were there! Our boys, 3 and 5, each had their own beds in a room with the most incredible view of the Arts Centre. There was ample space for us all. As a family with little kids, the laundry and kitchen were put to good use, which was very handy. It was in such a good location, walking distance to Southbank, Flinders Street Station and Crown. The photos advertised make the space look a lot larger than it actually is. General maintenance is needed in the apartment, and some appliances were questionable. Second bedroom is tight but fine with staggered twin beds. My only complaint is the extra charge of $100/night to use the sofa bed.
