While officially a studio apartment, the queen bed is situated in a separate split-level space, complemented by large block-out blinds ensuring privacy and minimal light interference. The boutique apartment features contemporary furnishings, top-notch appliances, quality linen, towels, and a spacious kitchen with ample storage. There is also a pull out double bed (from below the raised bedroom) should you need to accommodate a couple of extras. The prime location provides easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, laneways, trams, and Melbourne's diverse attractions. Car parking is available nearby for a small fee - monthly rates are about $16/day. The trams are only 100 metres away on Collins St or around the corner on Swanston St or down Degraves St. You can take a very short walk to Flinders St Station as well if you want to go a bit further. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card. GETTING THERE It's easy to get to Merigold 21 on Collins. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, it's a short walk and a free tram ride up Collins St to Swanston St, and Merigold is just across the road from where you get off the tram, and a few steps back to Manchester Lane. PET FRIENDLY: No pets allowed to stay here, however, many of our properties are pet-friendly.
