This meticulously maintained four-bedroom home, sleeping 8 guests and offering an exciting family getaway with an outdoor space that will be the central space for all your entertaining needs, all only 200m stroll on a walking trail meandering down to the surf beach.  
  
Cleverly designed across a single level with a family focused floorplan, the residence enjoys two spacious living areas, including a family room with open fireplace in a brick surround, both billiards and ping pong table, while the second living space offers a Norwegian Jotul log burner is ideal for cosy winter evenings with a glass of local pinot.  
  
The spacious kitchen boasts an enticing Hamptons aesthetic with natural timber countertops, warm white shaker cabinetry, a Miele dishwasher, Belling five burner stove, matte brass tapware and everything you could possibly need to cater for your family and friends.  
  
Sliding glass doors glide open to a wraparound red brick veranda and entertainer's patio beneath a high pergola providing a lovely locale to spark up the barbecue and relax with friends as the kids run around barefoot on the lush green lawn or relax by the new, sparkling pool that’s a showstopper and makes you feel like you’re at a luxury resort.
