Spacious apartment with secured parking. 2 bathrooms are perfect for a 4-people family. Kitchen is well equipped. We spent five nights here. The plumber of shower got some problems and made high pitch noise during shower on our second night. We informed Paul and he said he would fix it. Unfortunately, it was not fixed until they day we left. Loved having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the washer and dryer. The condition of the place was terrific, great views, and 500 feet from a tram stop. My 2 concerns with the place was the location---great location in the docklands, but kinda far from the center where federation square/shopping on collins st. is. You have to take a tram there. My other issue was that they told me I had to take the trash out to avoid cleaning charges... Hotels never tell you to take your own trash out. They are already going to clean the place for the next guest, so I dont see the need to tell the guests to take out their trash.
