Nice house in quiet location

This house and garden are well maintained and is in a quiet neighbourhood situated close to Rye. The front beach is just a short walk/drive to the end of the road. Beds are comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days away. Dogs have enough room to play outside in the secure yard. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay! A beautiful cosy cottage just short walk to the beach or ride into Rye.

Our family of five stayed for 4 relaxing nights. A great beachside retreat with all amenities and centrally located. A perfect holiday break.

Cute and cozy

Great layout, cozy feel... loved being able to walk to the beach. My son had a ball exploring inside and out - the outside play room was great addition.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
This property was filthy dirty inside and out, had clearly been closed up for some time. The dishwasher smelt so bad we could not use. Needed to spend hours upon arrival cleaning before we could consider staying and the musty smell through the property took days to get rid of. Outside was also an issue with the deck area unusable very dirty furniture and possum poo and leaves everywhere. Terrible experience.

House was good with good amenities. Price to value question especially when no wifi

No actual feedback to my question on safety for dogs, left telephone message re sign on doc, no return call. When I phoned manager about TV, told me to resolve issue myself!!

The perfect spot to unwind.

This was bigger than a cottage and the kitchen was lovely to cook in. The main shower was so dreamy that the whole family kept wanting to use the ensuite. We've stayed on Cain before but in another holiday accommodation- it really is a perfect spot to go for a walk and visit the beach. The outdoor deck is lovely to sit and enjoy a cuppa and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing sandy feet. We'll definitely be back next year!!

Cute Cottage

It was a cute cottage, although with 3 bedrooms its quite large and roomy. The supplies are generous and the layout allows different groups to have their own zones. The position just out of Rye is handy, and the beach at the end of the street is great for walking the dog. (Just a tip - if you need wifi, you'll need to bring your own and the phone reception is not ideal.)

Relaxing and private

We enjoyed our short stay at this property with our two young daughters and the grandparents. We enjoyed our trips to the beach and relaxing afterwards on the back deck in the private garden. A comfortable and spacious house which resulted in a stay which was enjoyed by all. Thank you!
