Very Good location near the city center in Melbourne, Australia. Check in was quick and the rental apartment was clean and in good condition. Nice for a short term rental in the city.

The only thing I would do differently next time is ask that we have an apartment not facing all the others as I had to have the blinds closed most of the time because you are like in a fishbowl. There are plenty of apartments that would not face into others just would need to ask and maybe pay a bit extra

Loved the apartment and location was perfect. The pool was nice and gym was ok for a short workout. Check in was easy but would be good to know that if you arrive after 9pm what the arrangements are to collect the key. I arrived in time but was worried as my flight was delayed and got an email to notify me the key would be left in a lockbox which was good but be handy to know this when booking. Enjoyed my stay can not fault anything and staff were polite and helpful and efficient

2 night city stay
Stay at the apartment in Balston Street which are only a couple of years old. We had an apartment on the 29th floor which was very well equiped with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (lovely big showers) loads of extra bedding, towels, dinnerware for 6 and cooking utensils. Also had a washer and dryer! Undercover secure parking was on $25 a night which is great value for the city. Tram stop 58 which takes you to the city trams stops (Burke St) was basically across the road and there was also a supermarket and great pizza shop 5 min walk. Would highly recommend staying here.

Not enough shelf/storage space in bathroom, apart from the single sinktop, there is NOWHERE to put ones toiletries. We booked in for 5 nights, and had 1 pack each of small shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, we had to walk to another building, albeit close by, to ask for more. Toilet paper poor quality, disappointing when premises skimp on these things, comes across as cheap & second-rate. No air con in bedrooms (small fan provided in wardrobes) if the bedroom window is opened for air, all of the city sounds flood the room.

Nicely positioned short walk from southbank. Rooms were comfortable and check in staff friendly. Air con was a bit strange and made a noise through the appartment which sounded like ghosts. Overall it was good value and would stay again.

The property was dirty very noisy and the staff didn’t advertise or let us know the property’s tennis court and swimming pool were being updated during our stay so we couldn’t use them. A very big disappointment. Overall a very very bad stay at a low class apartment, do not stay here.

Great Melbourne Option
I love this city and have just spent 5 nights with my wife and teenage son at City Tempo Central on Southbank. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Seamless check in with just a short stroll round the corner to our building. 2 bed apartment was great with everything we needed. Only issue was the pillows which could perhaps have been a little better quality but that was nothing major. Location is excellent with great coffee scattered all around the immediate location, plus Crown, Southbank and the CBD just a short stroll away. Value for money was excellent and we took advantage of the high floor option and got level 21 looking out towards Albert Park and on to the bay. Recreation facilities in the building were OK, nothing flash so we didn't bother. Lane swimming pool and a bit of a gym. Regular morning walks took care of the exercise. Would not hesitate to stay here again and could only recommend it based on our experience. Be sure to consider the 'Goboats' down on the Yarra as something different.

Location was great Price was reasonable The layout of the apartment with 2 bathrooms was great. Single beds too short. No wifi in the lobby which made getting an UBER an issue Duvet inners were dirty Reception at the main office was great BUT one of the concierge men was rude and obnoxious - he did not need to be. The lifts were fast, the view was good. The equipment in the room was superb. Shower pressure was good.
