Warm and welcoming, with a nautical, natural feel, this property is sun-drenched and so very inviting. Offering 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the front lounge room which is the perfect place to unwind with your latest novel and cup of tea. This leads to the fully equipped kitchen which oversees the 8 seater dining and casual living area.   
  
The indoor and outdoor entertaining areas flow seamlessly, the large back deck is private and has a stunning vista as too does the front roof top deck, take your pick!   
  
Located in a sought-after area, within walking distance to the front and ocean beaches, the Portsea Surf Lifesaving Club and a few minutes drive to the thriving hub of Sorrento Village.
