It’s very convenient location wise. You can walk or catch transport so easily from the hotel. There’s lots of stores and restaurants near by too. The hotel also offers luggage storage which makes it so easy to get on with your day, even if you arrive earlier than check in time. The rooms are also clean. And it was only after an hour of going back and forth with Expedia and the front desk. They could finally find the booking. Apparently they have a few different systems they use to confirm reservations. The hotel is in a convenient location to get around Melbourne, right opportune train station. However, it does seem a bit shady outside at night. The hotel and room are showing their age and felt like it is in need of a renovation.
