Just 275 m to the Portsea Village, Beach, Pier and Hotel, you're so close to all amenities you won't need the car! The kitchen/dining leads through to the separate living room. There is a deck with BBQ and outdoor furniture for relaxing meals, overlooking the huge backyard, ideal for family cricket or other games. open fire, gas ducted heating, keep the house cosy in winter. The master bedroom consists of a king bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed; the 3rd bedroom has a double; the 4th bedroom/sunroom has 4 singles plus a sitting area and table for games - accommodation for the whole family. No internet provided. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 x King bed Bedroom 2: 1 x King bed Bedroom 3: 1 x Double bed Sunroom with 4 x Single beds 1 TV in the main living room only (TV pictured in bedroom has been removed) DVD, TV, VCR, CD, microwave, washing machine, dryer, ducted heating, open fireplace (no dishwasher), Outdoor setting with umbrella & gas BBQ Guests have access to the full house and garden Strictly no schoolies bookings or parties allowed, guests must be over 28 years of age No pets All fresh linen and towels are included – toilet paper and provisions are provided for the first night only.
