Located on a wide tree lined street with Melbourne’s premier park, Albert Park with it’s stunning lake at one end and Middle Park beach at the other. The apartment sits in a delightful landscaped garden with lawns and outdoor benched to enjoy the sun. This sunny, front apartment with garden outlook is one of five apartments in a heritage listed block built in the mid-1930s.
