Most staff are very friendly and helpful, especially since it is their first visit to Melbourne. The restaurant for breakfast is fantastic! (According to them). Staff were very friendly and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Room was very nice, on the small side but enough for the time we were there. We had a spa room and the shower is also in the spa, which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We pre-purchased parking onsite, which wasy to access.
