Great staff. When we arrived there was a very distinct smell of sewage in our room. We put up with it for 1 night and then brought it to the hotels attention the second day. They were great and moved us to a room that no longer smelt. Hotel seems to be in desperate need of plumbing upgrades (and was the same at the other location of Adina when we stayed there last year) Hot water service sits in a pool of mouldy water. Not ideal. Rooms super clean by cleaning staff and really big. But that doesn’t make up for the fact that the building seems to be deteriorating.

Hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. At the time, only one lift was working but we were made aware before our stay and made adjustments. The apartment we had was spacious for a family of 4 with 2 bathrooms, laundry facility and full kitchen which is just what we needed. Loved the convenience of being able to walk wherever we needed and the tram stop right at the door, and Flinders St station 2 blocks away. Only downside was that the "smart" tvs in the apartment are not terribly "smart" and we could only access free to air channels and nothing else. Parking is available and reasonable daily rate but hard to get into as there is another Wilson parking next door, so take it slowly as you are entering to make sure you get into the right car park. Spots are tight if you have a large car.

Loft apartments are fantastic. Quiet, stylish, spacious and with all the amenities you could want. It is stair access only but staff are incredibly helpful with bags. I’ve stayed here twice now and would happily pay to live here if it was an option.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place was easy to find, very spacious and clean, great views across the Yarra River to MCG and tennis arena. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something central and spotlessly clean. Will definitely be coming back to stay when next visiting Melbourne.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view on arrival. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in Melbourne. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we will be back.
