I was under the impression that it was an apartment with kitchen facilities, so I purchased groceries for breakfast before checked in. Upon arrival, I found only a small room with a toaster and no television. The most alarming issue was that the door could not be locked. Given our vulnerable ground-floor location, we felt unsafe and had a very restless night, unfortunately we found this issue after front desk close at 6pm!
