  • Lower unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset. This immaculate space is furnished with king bed in master and pull out couch with queen bed, including two smart tv's. NEW IN 2026, a pool and hot tub!

    NEW in 2026: a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. Custom grilling out living space next to pool. New fire pit and kayak launch also available.
