A lovely hotel about $3 tuk tuk from city centre. Roof garden and pool amazing while the staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast served next door is spot on but having an apartment meant we could do washing, use the fridge etc Definitely recommend.

We booked the penthouse with terrace and it had one of the best views we have ever had - we loved watching the little tourist boats ply back and forth, very pretty especially in the early evening. The staff were all lovely and really helpful. The shower was probably the best of our entire trip round S E Asia. And there is free filtered water in the lobby. Would definitely recommend!

The staff friendly and very helpful. Excellent roof top restaurant and out side bar and probably the best view of the city. Food was excellent too and the whole experience was a total surprise. Stayed there eventually for 2 weeks when only planned one night. Rooms very good and comfortable. Fantastic place to stay and reasonable in cost compared to the branded hotels.

A last minute addition to our holiday due to closing of water borders! But what a great hotel! Modern, chic, with an amazing rooftop infinity pool which has a large window in it! Wow! Funky loungers/beds that jut out into the pool. A great selection of cocktails available at the rooftop bar! Breakfast is served in the rooftop bar. What a way to start your day. A great view over the city. Plenty in the buffet, plus a choice of 3 cooked to order breakfasts! Comfy rooms with exposed...

Perfect location within walk to nightlife and the palace and other sights yet away from the late night noise. Attentive helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent value for money! Will stay there again for sure

Nice served breakfast... many bars and restaurants nearby

The place looks awesome. Fantastic pool looking over the city. The room was large with a huge balcony, excellent bath and lighting from the starship enterprise. Staff were very friendly though seemed like they were still finding their feet somewhat, probably just because it was so new.

The hotel was very nice, very nice staff including Hangly (not sure if I've spelt his name correctly) who helped with my stay.

Everything you could ask for, want and need. Cannot fault it. The staff were absolutely brilliant, the food divine, and the rooms very spacious and clean. On a quite street close enough to the many sights of PP. Would go again

Friendly staff, chambermaids, reception and restaurant.

Beautiful hotel Few restaurants outside hotel Staff amazing Rooms huge with lovely sea view Breakfast ok Quiet pool Staff amazing

I must have stayed at the Bali more than 50 times, while working or passing through Phnom Penh, which should say it all. It is quiet, spotlessly clean and all the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I choose it because it is away from the centre and close the airport which suits may needs. It is a small pocket of paradise and a stark contrast to its surroundings. About 30 minutes by Tuctuc or car to the Center of town.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Amazing choice of breakfast look like a golden palace
