We also took a camel excursion over night and they let us keep our bags in our room for free one night while away. I would recommend this to my family and friends to visit. "Horrible experience. This place is a dump. Our king suite with pool view wasn't available even though prepaid. Were given a small room with two queen beds but not offered the difference in price. Credit cards were not accepted and the WiFi was not working. We were told to pay cash for food and incidentals. They did offer a local band that kept us awake until midnight with their horrible sounds. Do not stay at this place. Totally not Moroccan."

"Nice hotel in Ville Nouvelle close to the train station. They couldn't find my Expedia booking initially which was problematic but eventually found it after about ten minutes. But overall I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. "
