"Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. "From the moment we entered the downstairs reception area we were transported to a place of calm and friendly serenity. The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed including a small mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay there again."
