Two nights of bliss in a lovely location and cottage.Sharon has been most thoughtful in all cottage provisions and it presents immaculately. We must stay longer next time!
This is our second time to this property and it’s just the most lovely place to be. We come here to relax and unwind and it always delivers. Sharon the host is amazing.
Right from the booking process through to checkout, everything was superb! Sharon and Derek couldn’t have been more accommodating for our family. The cottage is immaculately kept. We enjoyed our stay so much so that we even extended by another night. If you are looking to enjoy the Blue Mountains, look no further - you won’t regret it!
From the beginning to rhe end of the whole process of booking our 2 day getaway at Peach Tree Farm I had a fantastic experience . The host was attentive, responsive and friendly. A 10 out of 10 experience.
The area was breathtaking - we woke up to kangaroos grazing outside in the fields each morning. There are stunning and varied walks, all within a <30min drive, and the property is big enough itself that you can spend half a day exploring it.
Exceptional property with everything you need. Owner was also sensational in communication and having the right balance. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting some serenity. Cottage was well set out with a wonderful setting. Was a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the blue mountains. Thank you!!
We had such a lovely time at this house. It was clean, warm and there was so much to do inside as a family. Our host was so kind and thoughtful even before arrival with a large list of things to do, and throughout our stay. I would recommend this for families/couples/individuals who want to come and enjoy the wildlife, serenity and peace that comes with this beautiful house.
From the communications and local hints sheet from the owner Sharon to the wonderful location and beautiful home everything was exceptional and faultless. The home has literally all the inclusions for a cosy stay. Sharon sets the standard as far as owners go and the property was neat clean tidy and fully accomodating. Highly recommended and will be back.
Everything was great, farmland setting, lovely outdoor areas, private. Everything inside of a high standard and so comfy! All our expectations were met. So glad we chose this place. Thank you.
My husband and I loved our escape from the hustle to this cosy bush oasis. Sitting out on the verandah drinking coffee while the wrens played and the wallabies grazed...we felt a million miles away from our busy lives. The place was lovely and clean and so cosy on the cool nights.
This property deserves the same amount of stars as the night sky.
Every inch of this property is everything you could ever want in a mountain retreat and more. Two nights is not enough time so I'm already planning my next stay .
From booking through to checkout, Sharon was a pleasure to deal with - very accomodating and communicated well.
The cabin itself was stunning. Very clean, and had every need met ... from crockery and silverware to condiments and drinking water.
The location was a rural wonderland; perfect for having a morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature.
Very nicely decorated and maintained quiet little property in rural Megalong. The property was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. However, some of the photos on the listing are not up to date as there is no take with a deck and chairs to sit by. Also a lot of the view is hindered by trees. Overall a nice place.
Our stay in the quiet Megalong Valley was just what we had hoped for. The cottage at Peachtree Farm was nicely furnished with a cosy, relaxed feel and good quality amenities provided. Sharon, our host, was fantastic to deal with.
While staying there we enjoyed the sights of Katomba, a little shopping in Blackheath, hiking and horse riding in Centennial Glen, high tea at the Hydro Majestic and finished the stay taking in the sunset from the porch at the cottage.
Great location!
We loved staying at Peachtree Farm. So tranquil and cosy. The fire pit was a huge success for the kids. So well equipped with everything you could want and more. Beds were warm and comfortable. We had a large mob of kangaroos visit the top paddock at dusk which was lovely. Excellent recommendations from our host which we followed and enjoyed. Mermaid caves, Megalong Tearooms and Centennial pass Grotto/canyon were highlights. Will definitely visit again.
Such an amazing place. Homely. Welcoming. Peaceful. Quiet. Our son slept past 7am both days and he never does that at home. The different that made the difference.
We loved it, the perfect getaway from the city, deep in the Megalong Valley right in the bush. The cottage is ultra cute, super clean, beautifully styled and very coy with lots of outdoor space. The communication with the owner was fantastic, she had great ideas what to do snd where to go. Because we stayed on a unusually hot day with 40 degrees, we ended up for a swim in a nearby water hole which we wouldn’t have known about without her tips. Also only 30min to vineyards and riding stables. Would definitely come back!
Sharon was an absolutely incredible host, including beautiful and thoughtful touches like wine and Tim Tams, and I can't begin to describe how beautiful the property is. Sharon had great communication and made sure we were well taken care of; she knew we were down for a wedding and sent us so much helpful info and direction. The property itself is absolutely stunning with so much beautiful wildlife around, we were shocked at how lovely it was in person. The pictures truly don't do it justice. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't stay longer! Definitely can't wait to come back. Thanks Sharon!
We absolutely loved every second of our comfortable stay at this beautiful property. The communication was great and very comprehensive with detailed information provided about the property and things to do. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and biscuits. The home is very stylish decorated, it’s got lots of interesting books, art pieces and beautiful fabrics and linens. The bed is very comfortable, we loved the outlook from the balcony in the morning, listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything needed and is plentiful equipped. We There is a large veranda for enjoying drinks and relaxing in the afternoon sun. We enjoyed an evening at the fire pit and also used the indoor wood fire as it can get cold in the mountains. There is lots of wildlife around and I loved my walks around the property and beyond. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you, Sharon, for a wonderful stay! We definitely recommend this property for a relaxing vacation.Janett & Neil
What a great get away. The cottage is equipped with everything one would need, plus more. Sharon added great little touches to the place to make it even more welcoming, won't go into details as I would ruin the surprise for others. The cottage itself was perfect! You can tell that it was made with love. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching kangaroos hopping in the distance while enjoying the sunset. Or relaxing in the lounge room and watching through the glass doors, Rozella's having a bath in a crevice of the cave in the backyard.
Beds were so comfortable. Great touch with having high and low pillows that smelled of fresh lavender! Heaps of blankets, which we did not need as the heating was great. It was also great to relax by the fire with a movie on foxtel or Netflix. And, I would strongly recommend bringing marshmallows as they are so great to toast on the outside fire pit.
Sharon, we will be back!
