"The layout of the hotel is odd because it's shared with a restaurant annd access is through a dark and narrow alley. There is no one on duty 24/7 so don't expect a rescue in an emergency such as accidentally locking yourself out of your room or the hotel after hours. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Good value for money considering the very central location."

"Really friendly staff, very safe and cute part of town. Staff provided a full set of recommendations of nearby eateries and a lovely set of walking tours of the town from the property. Kitchen is really cosy and convenient for storing and preparing food, and they provide some simple snacks and drinks. Extra drinks also available to purchase for cheap. The bed was very comfy, and bathroom modern. "

"I was not expecting a code-style reception at "A Flemish Tale. To me, an in-person reception check-in is essential for a traveler overseas like me. Thankfully, I was waiting downstairs at least 2 hours before my "check-in time" at 3:00 p.m., so that I was able to meet, totally by chance, the lady in charge at the entrance. But for this, I would not have been able to get my access code. Imagine how scary it was! "

"This is a residential area. I didnt see any shops or places to eat nearby. However very close to train station. You need to check in with an emailed code. Room was fine and large. A very nice breakfast was included at the sister hotel a few doors down which was really good. Overall recommended but my big tip is dont expect nearby shops or places to eat. Is nice and quiet area. "

"Loved our stay. We stayed 7 nights which is apparently a long stay for Bruges, but we loved every day of it. Every morning there was a 3 course breakfast that was excellent and tasty as well as slightly different each day and added great value for money in our stay. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness just because you could see dust behind the bed in areas that you wouldn't always look and the shower drain was very slow. We had the 2 bedroom suite and were not aware that to access the kid...

"Luxurious B&B, very tranquil, clean, quiet, nice modern rooms. Belgian beers & wine available at democratic prices. Owner couple runs this B&B and have gradually expanded it over the past 12 years to now 15 rooms. We stayed in the Superior Room type which seems try largest one and is the size of a studio with separate sitting area. Breakfast served in common area but otherwise no restaurant on-site. Biking and walking trails nearby. Highly recommended for a quiet stay near Dendermonde. "

"Im Atlas-Guesthouse hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Lage in einem schönen Wohnviertel. Die zum Haus gehörenden Fahrräder waren sehr praktisch. Sehr netter Gastgeber mit excellenten Deutschkenntnissen. Schön war auch das Bücherregal mit vielen interessanten Titeln im Wohnzimmer. Ein ingsgesamt sehr gelungener Brügge-Besuch im Frühjahr!"

"The accommodation was more of a B&B with convenient location and nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast in the dining area was nice with some locally sourced ingredients and the hosts were helpful giving us tips what to see, offering us to use the kitchen fridge if we needed it etc. We used the Park and Ride car park in the city which has a free regular bus to the centre and the car park itself is well priced. "We had a lovely time at B&B Yaca! Our host Imola met us at the door, immediately helped with our bags and got us settled. She made excellent recommendations for us to see Brugge in a non-touristy way, and was so genuine and sweet to us. The home was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival, our room was cozy and warm right from the start. After checked in, we took Imola’s recommendations and visited the Christmas Market in Brugge.
