A beautiful villa with a private pool is located in one of the most popular tourist places in Istria - Medulin. The villa is located in a quiet street. This beautiful accommodation can host up to 8 people and is only 1 km from the sea. You can also walk to a restaurant (900m) and a shop (950m). The villa covers 650 m2, of which 130 m2 is the house. In the private garden there is a 35 m2 swimming pool with an outdoor shower. Table tennis, children's playground, barbecue with garden furniture and an outdoor table where you can eat together. The entire house is air-conditioned and has a free Wi-Fi connection. The villa offers 4 beautiful and cozy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The villa offers a very peaceful holiday.
